Sweet Potato Snacks
Sweet potatoes are very healthy, inexpensive and absolutely wonderful when prepared the right way.
Try this sweet potato snack.
Wash a fresh sweet potato, poke a few holes in the skin and microwave it on high power for 8 to 9 minutes;.
Cut it open and add some Sesame Oil – I like Kokohoma (sp) and a little bit of salt or salt substitute.
It’s a wonderful, healthy snack that’s fast, easy and inexpensive.
