Corn in the Husk

Fresh corn on the cob is marvelously delicious, healthy, inexpensive and very easy to prepare.

Try this time saving microwave technique:  Place the fresh corn in the microwave and cook on high power for 5 minutes.  Then turn the corn so the top is on the bottom, the left is facing the right. Microwave on high power again for another 5 minutes.

Use tongs to retrieve the corn. Let it cool slightly and pull down the husk.

The corn is very tasty, juicy and there are no pots to clean up!

For simplicity, try serving it with Salt and Pepper Butter.
